1.2 However, from time to time, it is out of our control and we can sell out of an item. We try our very best
to note this on our website next to the item affected, before any sale is made. However, from time to
time, some orders get through before this amendment has been made. We apologise in advance for
this.
1.3 If you purchase an item that is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as we are possible, with the
options to proceed in the following manner; either for an exchange, a refund or a back order. If you
decide to back order, these orders become priority when the item becomes available.
2.0 Coupons & Promotional codes
2.1 It is at the discretion of Wee Rascals to cease a promotion at any time, without warning or
notification.
2.2 The colour or product choice are dependent on the promotion. Not all products are available for all
promotions. It is up to the discretion of Wee Rascals as to what products are available for each
promotion.
2.4 It is at the discretion of Wee Rascals to cease an item or colour available for promotion at any time
without prior warning or notification.
2.5 If a purchase has been made, with the intention of using a coupon or promotional code, and such
promotion has expired, you will be notified once coupon or promotional code has been received, with
the option to cancel your order.
2.6 Coupon or promotional codes are only valid for redemption on full priced items, unless otherwise
stated.
2.7 Coupons or Promotional codes distributed by Wee Rascals, are only available for redemption on this

3.0 Stockists of Wee Rascals Products
3.1 It is up to each individual stockist to set the appropriate price for our items. We aim to keep our
prices in line with our stockists, however from time to time, this is not always possible.
4.0 Terms & Conditions
4.1 It is at the discretion of Wee Rascals to change the terms & conditions at any time without prior
notification or warning.
5.0 Returns and Refund policy
5.1 It is up to the discretion of Wee Rascals as to whether a refund is an option on an unwanted or faulty
item.
5.2 If a refund is granted. Payment will be made by the same means as the original payment was
received, unless otherwise notified.
5.3 The refunded amount will be the total amount paid, less a restocking fee of NZD$1.00 per item
and delivery charges. It is up to the discretion of Wee Rascals as to whether delivery charges will
apply on 'FREE delivery' sales.
5.4 Wee Rascals offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If the product purchased is not what you thought,
customers have 14 days from purchase to notify us in writing.
5.5 In the case of a return, as per 5.4. The item must be in original packaging and the amount refunded
will be less a restocking fee of NZD$1.00 per item and delivery charges incurred, and at the
discretion of Wee Rascals.
5.6 All refunds will only be processed once original item is received by Wee Rascals. Customers will be
notified once refund has been processed.
6.0 Lost or Damaged Goods
6.1 If an item is damaged during delivery. It is at the discretion of Wee Rascals to replace such item.
6.2 If an item is lost during delivery, it is at the discretion of Wee Rascals as to whether it will be
replaced free of charge.
7.0 Personal Injury
7.1 We assume no responsibility if any harm should come to the wearer, due to misuse of this product.
7.2 We or any other parties involved in creating, producing, manufacturing or services provided, shall not
be liable for any direct or indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, special or otherwise damages
arising out of access or use of this product.
7.3 Unless otherwise specified, all our products require adult or parental supervision at all times.
7.4 Wee Rascals Baltic amber jewellery is not a toy and must not be misused under any circumstances.
7.5 Wee Rascals Baltic amber jewellery is not made to be chewed. This may result in broken amber that
could be swallowed and the sharp edges on a broken bead could cause harm.
