We offer FREE delivery Worldwide for our Baltic amber jewellery.
All other products will incur a delivery charge based on the total weight of your order.
This will be calculated at checkout.
Purchases to a NZ address will be sent with NZ Couriers, PBT couriers or NZ post to RD addresses.
Purchases to International addresses will be sent with NZ Post - standard mail, time frame depends on location.
Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise advised.
NZ customers should receive your order within 5 business days of purchase according to estimated delivery times by the courier companies. However if you have not, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the courier company, as once we have dispatched your order delivery time is out of our control although we use an overnight or 2 day service depending on location.
Please note our delivery service does not deliver on weekends, and weekend days should not be included in the time frames stated above. The above time frames should also be used as a guide as sometimes due to circumstances out of our control their can be additional delays.
