Wee Rascals is a new business that I started to offer quality products to new parents, that I have tried and tested myself. As a new parent I found it daunting to know the right product that would benefit my baby, and after purchasing many products that in someway let me down, I thought it was important to get the quality items out and readily available to other new parents.
Baltic amber baby teething necklaces are the first item that I decided needed to be more readily available, but in time I intend to expand my range to include others that have been hugely beneficial to myself; my husband and my baby.
In my own experience, my daughter’s teething was unbearable, not only for her but for me as well. A naturally calm and happy baby, and one that never cried, the day that she would not calm down due to pain and discomfort of her teeth developing, I was prepared to give anything a go. I wanted to try and not dose her up on over the counter drugs and was very skeptical about this product in the beginning, but for my own sanity as well as hers I was prepared to give anything a go. Since I purchased a necklace for her (at about 4 months of age), she has never taken it off. And the change in her was amazing right from the start. She is now over 2 and the second set of molars are arriving, but still the only signs we are experiencing is a clingy toddler who wants her Mum.
Choking is a fear of any parent and we were worried about this also. Baltic amber baby teething necklaces are so well designed that there have been no reported incidents where they have caused harm to a baby. They sit closely too the skin and well hidden under clothes. The clasp is also the weakest point on the necklace and is designed to break if forced. Over tightening the clasp can cause it to crack and break also. They are hand-crafted and individually knotted between each bead so that it the string does break only 1 bead will come off, ensuring the highest safety standards.
